Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our policy below regarding refunds and disputes for purchases made on this site.
Digital Product Policy
The First Home Roadmap is a digital ebook delivered immediately upon purchase. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase in certain technical circumstances, provided you have not downloaded the ebook more than once. To request a refund, please contact us at andrew@dadsadvice.info with your order details and reason for the request.
How to Request a Refund
Email andrew@dadsadvice.info with the subject line Refund Request and include your name, email address used at checkout, and your order confirmation number. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. If you have a concern about a charge, please email andrew@dadsadvice.info and we will work to resolve it promptly.
